These terms apply to LetsGoRide customers, drivers, couriers, merchants and other authorised users of the platform.
By creating an account or using LetsGoRide, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LetsGoRide is a technology platform that supports mobility and local-service coordination. Depending on availability, this can include shared or local ride features, courier/delivery services, food ordering, merchant tools, support and related account services.
Availability, pricing, service categories and eligible roles can vary by location and app availability. Unless the app expressly states otherwise, LetsGoRide does not promise that a particular driver, courier, merchant, route or service will always be available.
Some identity fields become support/review-only after a driver, courier or merchant account is reviewed. This protects the integrity of verification records.
Use accurate pickup, destination, order and contact details; communicate respectfully; and do not abuse booking, order, delivery or support features.
Keep required licences, vehicle information and legal driving eligibility current; provide accurate trip information; follow road laws; and use reviewed account information honestly.
Handle accepted deliveries responsibly, follow pickup/drop-off instructions, protect customer information and comply with applicable delivery rules.
Keep menus, availability, operating information and order fulfilment accurate. Legal/business identity information must remain truthful and may require review before changes take effect.
LetsGoRide may require driver, courier or merchant verification before certain features are available. We may approve, reject, request corrections, pause or re-review an account when verification information changes or raises safety, fraud or compliance concerns.
A verified or approved status is a platform review state; it is not a guarantee of future conduct, service quality or legal compliance.
Ride features may include posted/shared routes, ride requests or other eligible ride coordination. Users must confirm route, pickup, destination, timing, seat or vehicle details before travelling. Drivers remain responsible for safe and lawful driving.
Users must provide accurate pickup/drop-off information and lawful parcel contents. Couriers must follow the accepted delivery instructions and applicable law. LetsGoRide may restrict categories of items that cannot safely or legally be transported.
Participating merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, availability, food preparation and information they provide through the platform. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details and delivery location before confirming an order.
Food allergies, ingredients and dietary questions should be confirmed with the merchant when the information is important to you.
Prices, fees or contributions shown in the app should be reviewed before confirmation. Payment methods and processing can differ by service and location. If a third-party payment provider is used, its applicable payment terms may also apply.
LetsGoRide will not ask you to send passwords or one-time verification codes as a condition of payment.
Use accurate locations, meet in appropriate pickup/handoff areas, follow road and public-safety rules, and report suspicious or abusive behaviour. LetsGoRide Support is not an emergency service. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
You are responsible for information, photos, descriptions, support messages and other content you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing or unrelated to a legitimate platform purpose.
You give LetsGoRide permission to process submitted content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
LetsGoRide may review account, trip, order, delivery, verification and support information when necessary to resolve a request, investigate a safety concern, prevent fraud or enforce these terms.

We may restrict, suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety, repeated abuse, false documents, material violations of these terms or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we may request additional review before restoring access.
You can initiate deletion from Account → Delete Account in the app, or use letsgoride.site/delete-account. Deleting an account is different from logging out or suspending it.
Limited records may be retained where necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or security, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Features may evolve, be temporarily unavailable or change as LetsGoRide expands. We may update, pause or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, safety, operational or legal reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LetsGoRide is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, inaccurate information provided by another user or merchant, or unlawful conduct by a third party. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels.
