1. Agreement to terms
By using LetsGoRide, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What LetsGoRide does
LetsGoRide helps passengers and drivers find, post, request, and coordinate shared rides and trip records. LetsGoRide is a technology and coordination platform. It does not own vehicles, employ independent drivers, or guarantee every trip unless legally stated otherwise.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login details, and remain responsible for activity under their account. Users must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or misuse account features.
4. Email verification
Users may need to verify their email before logging in or using account features. One-time codes must not be shared with anyone.
5. Phone number requirement
A phone number may be optional at signup/login. A phone number is required before booking or requesting a seat, posting a driver trip, or accepting passengers. Phone numbers must include the country code.
6. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate trip information, arrive on time, communicate respectfully, pay the agreed trip contribution if applicable, and avoid harassment, abuse, threats, scams, or misuse of ride requests and support tools.
7. Driver responsibilities
Drivers must provide accurate vehicle and trip details, have the legal right to drive, maintain a safe vehicle, follow road laws, post only real trips, keep passenger information private, communicate respectfully, avoid accepting more passengers than available seats, and complete verification requirements before posting rides.
8. Driver verification
Drivers may need to submit identity and vehicle documents. LetsGoRide may approve, reject, suspend, or request more information. Verification improves trust but does not remove the driver’s personal legal responsibility.
9. Ride coordination and payments
LetsGoRide may show ride prices or contributions for planning. Payments, if any, should follow the app’s active payment policy and applicable law. Where payment is handled outside the app, users should agree clearly before travelling. LetsGoRide may later add fees or payment tools with proper notice.
10. Safety
Users should use common sense, verify trip details, meet in safe or public pickup areas where possible, report suspicious behavior, and contact emergency services for immediate danger. LetsGoRide support is not an emergency service.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting false information or fake documents.
- Harassing, threatening, discriminating, or abusing others.
- Using the platform for illegal activity.
- Spamming, scamming, phishing, scraping, copying, or attacking the service.
- Bypassing verification or security controls.
- Posting dangerous, misleading, or fraudulent rides.
12. Support and reports
Users can contact support for route, account, booking, verification, and safety issues. LetsGoRide may review messages, reports, and account records to resolve issues.
13. Account suspension or removal
LetsGoRide may suspend or remove accounts for safety, fraud, misuse, false documents, abuse, illegal activity, repeated complaints, or violation of these Terms.
14. Account deletion
Users can request account deletion from the app or support. Some trip, support, safety, security, and dispute records may be retained where necessary.
15. No guarantee
LetsGoRide works to improve trust and trip coordination, but does not guarantee that every driver, passenger, route, price, trip, pickup, or drop-off will be perfect, available, or risk-free.
16. Limitation of liability
Users are responsible for using the service carefully and accept normal travel risks. To the extent permitted by law, LetsGoRide is not liable for events outside its reasonable control, including user conduct, road conditions, vehicle issues, delays, cancellations, or emergencies.
17. Changes to terms
LetsGoRide may update these Terms as the service grows. When we make updates, we will update the effective date.
