Delete your LetsGoRide account.
This page is the public web route for requesting deletion of a LetsGoRide account and associated personal data.
Delete from the app
LetsGoRide app versions that include the in-app deletion control provide it from the Account/Settings area. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If your installed version does not yet show that control, or you cannot access your account or the app, use the web method below. You do not need to wait for an app update to request deletion.
Request deletion on the web
LetsGoRide does not require you to reinstall the app to request account deletion. Use the form below to prepare a deletion request to our support team. The form opens your email app; the website itself does not store the form fields.

What deletion covers
After we verify that the request relates to your account, LetsGoRide will delete or irreversibly de-identify personal data that we no longer need to retain, which can include:
- Your account profile and ordinary contact/profile information.
- Saved preferences and non-required saved account data.
- Push-notification tokens and ordinary active-session data.
- Profile media and verification media where there is no continuing legal, safety or dispute-retention need.
Account deletion is not the same as logging out, disabling notifications or temporarily suspending an account.
Information we may need to retain
Some limited information may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, disputes, accounting, transaction records, abuse prevention or security. Where retention is necessary, that information is restricted from ordinary profile use and kept only for the applicable purpose.
Examples can include limited ride/order/delivery transaction records, safety or dispute records, security/audit records, or records that applicable law requires us to keep.
Identity verification and support
To prevent someone else from deleting your account, LetsGoRide may ask you to confirm control of the account or the verified contact method. Never send your password or one-time verification code to support.
