Clear information helps everyone move better.
Practical safety expectations for rides, courier handoffs, food orders and partner accounts.
For everyone
- Use accurate account and contact information.
- Keep passwords and one-time verification codes private.
- Use the in-app location tools to confirm the correct pickup, destination or handoff point.
- Treat other users and merchants respectfully.
- Report suspicious, abusive or fraudulent activity.
Ride safety
Confirm the route, pickup point, vehicle/trip details and timing shown in the app before travelling. Drivers remain responsible for lawful and safe driving, valid licensing and an appropriate vehicle.
If something about a ride does not match the information you were given, do not ignore it; use Support to report the mismatch.
Courier handoffs
Use accurate pickup/drop-off information and provide only lawful items that are appropriate for the service. Couriers should confirm the intended handoff and protect customer details from unnecessary disclosure.
Food orders
Review the restaurant, order and delivery information before confirming. Questions about ingredients or allergens should be checked with the merchant when they are important to you.
Verification is a control, not a promise
LetsGoRide may review identity, licence, vehicle, courier or merchant information for eligible roles. Verification helps protect account integrity, but it cannot guarantee a person’s future behaviour or remove the need for ordinary care.
Support and safety reports
Use the in-app support experience or email support@letsgoride.site. Include the relevant ride/order/delivery reference and a factual description. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Immediate emergencies
LetsGoRide Support is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
